Start Driving - from created and saved My Maps - Google Help
Google My Maps does not have the functionality to get navigation instructions, in order to get navigation instructions you would have to calculate the directions on the phone or send to the phone the default directions calculated on Maps for dersktop. Google does not allow navigation instructions for custom routes.
